Our story
Why we started Codeskop
We have all been there. An app crashes, a customer can't finish checking out, or an API starts failing at the worst possible moment. The clues are spread across a crash tool, server logs, an analytics dashboard and a support inbox, and by the time someone pieces them together, the users who hit the problem have already left.
We started Codeskop to put that story in one place. When something breaks, a team should be able to see what broke, who it affected, what they did first and which release it came from, without switching tools or guessing. Developers, QA, product and support should all be looking at the same facts.
We build Codeskop for the networks and devices people actually use, so the SDKs stay light, keep working offline, and never get in the way of the apps they watch. And we treat your attention and your data with care: quiet when things are healthy, clear when they are not.
