A 30-minute conversation about you, the role and what we're building.

Technical or assessment project
A short, practical project that matches the role: technical for engineering, a sales assessment for sales.

Assessment review call
We go through your project together: your thinking, your choices and what you'd do next.

Culture fit interview
A final conversation with the team about how we work and whether it's right for you.

Offer
If it's a match on both sides, we make you an offer.
