Can I try Codeskop for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 10,000 events a month, 7 days of history, 1 project and up to 5 team members, with crash and JS error capture, releases and AI Assist. Free includes email alerts for its project; ANR detection, network monitoring and Slack, WhatsApp and webhook alerts start on Starter; user tracking, product analytics, tickets and Fix with AI start on Growth.
How many team members can I invite?
Invite your whole team: QA, product and support see the same issues. Team members per plan: Free up to 5, Starter up to 15, Growth unlimited, Scale unlimited. Seats aren't billed, and pending invitations count toward the limit until they're accepted or revoked.
Does Fix with AI use my own AI account?
Yes. Fix with AI runs on the AI engine you connect under AI Assist (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and others), so usage is billed by your AI provider, not by Codeskop. The AI proposes changes; nothing is written to your repository until you approve them, and they arrive as a draft pull request for your team to review.
What happens if I go over my monthly events?
On paid plans nothing is lost: extra production events are billed at the end of the month at your plan's rate ($50 per 100,000 on Starter, $25 on Growth, $8 on Scale). You can see extra events and the running charge in Settings → Billing at any time. As a safety net, capture pauses at 3× your quota. On Free, events past the quota are paused until the next month.
How is product analytics priced?
Product analytics (custom events, screen views and identify traits) has its own monthly quota, separate from crash and error events: 1,000,000 on Growth and 10,000,000 on Scale. Extra analytics events are $5 per 100,000 on Growth and $3 on Scale. It isn't included on Free or Starter.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes, annual plans are 15% off the monthly price, billed once a year.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every new subscription has a 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time from the dashboard and keep your plan until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.
How do payments and tax work?
Prices are in US dollars and include sales tax or VAT where it applies; Paddle works out the tax for your location at checkout. Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record, so payments, invoices and receipts come from Paddle. You can pay by card and other local methods Paddle supports, and add a VAT or tax ID for business invoices.
What counts as an event?
Each thing the SDK captures (a crash, an ANR, a handled exception, a failed or timed network call) counts against your monthly quota. Session heartbeats and test traffic are always free and never count.
Which platforms does each plan include?
All of them. Every plan works with every SDK: Android, Flutter, web and React, server SDKs for Python, Node.js, Go, Java and PHP, plus Kotlin Multiplatform and iOS in early access beta. Events from all your apps count toward your plan's monthly quota. Compare platforms.
Are the SDKs free to install?
Yes. The Android SDK is on Maven Central, the Flutter plugin is on pub.dev, and the web SDK is MIT-licensed on npm, with no token needed to install. Capture starts once you initialize it with a public key from an active plan. See the docs.
How long is my data kept?
It depends on your plan: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Growth and 365 days on Scale.
