Users who left had failed calls to POST /v1/orders and a crash in CheckoutActivity.
Product Analytics details
What you get
Events and screens
Every custom event with its properties, and every screen or page view, with trends and breakdowns by property, platform, app version, OS and country.
Funnels
From 2 to 10 steps: conversion and drop-off between steps, and the median time to convert.
Why users dropped off
Under each drop-off, how many of the users who stopped there crashed, hit errors or had failed API calls, with the top issues among them.
Retention
Of the users who started in a week (or day), how many came back to do the returning action you choose.
Paths and screens
Where users go after a screen and where they came from, with the median time on screen and the exit rate.
Segments
Group users by traits and behavior, export their IDs as CSV, or send new members to your own systems with a signed webhook.
How it works
- 1
Screens are recorded for you
The latest SDKs record Android Activities, Flutter routes and web pages, including React and Next.js navigation.
- 2
Track what matters
Add the events you care about with one line, for example track("order_completed", { value: 49.99 }).
- 3
Build a funnel
Pick the steps, see where users drop off, and open the issues that hit the users who left.
Platform support
| Android | Activities recorded automatically · track() for events |
|---|---|
| Flutter | Named routes with CodeskopNavigatorObserver · track() for events |
| Web & React | Page views on every navigation · track() for events |
Questions about product analytics
Which plan includes product analytics?
Growth (1,000,000 analytics events a month) and Scale (10,000,000), as of October 2026. It isn't included on Free or Starter.
Do analytics events count toward my crash and error quota?
No. They have their own monthly quota, separate from crash and error events, and test environment traffic is never counted.
Does it collect personal data?
Codeskop never needs names, emails or phone numbers. Users are tagged by the ID you pass to identify, values that look like an email address or phone number are replaced with [REDACTED], and page names never include query strings.
How is this different from a standalone analytics tool?
The funnels sit next to your crash, error and API data, so every drop-off shows the crashes, errors and failed calls that hit the users who left.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. Switch product analytics off for a project in Settings → SDK settings, or turn off automatic screens in the SDK.
