Free
Free is for trying Codeskop on a first app. It captures crashes, native crashes and handled errors on mobile, and JavaScript errors on the web, with full stack traces, device context, releases, release health (crash-free users and sessions for every release, new issues and regressions) and AI Assist. It doesn't include:
- ANR detection: the Android SDK doesn't watch for freezes on Free.
- Network monitoring: HTTP calls, latency and failed requests aren't captured, and the Network tab stays empty.
- User tracking: the Users tab and per-user history are locked (Growth and above). Issue counts still show how many users were affected, and release health still shows crash-free users per release.
- Alerts: no alert rules or notification channels.
Nothing to change in your app
Plan features are switched on and off by the SDK's remote config, not by your code. Upgrade and the SDK starts capturing ANRs and network calls on the next app launch or page load, with no new release needed.Starter
Free includes email alerts for its one project. Starter adds ANR detection, network monitoring and alerts in Slack, WhatsApp and webhooks (still one project), with more events, projects, apps and team members.
Growth and Scale
Growth adds user tracking (the Users tab with sessions, active and new users, and each person's history; crash-free users per release are in release health on every plan), product analytics (custom events, screens, funnels with the issues behind drop-off, retention, paths and segments, with its own monthly quota), alerts for every project (adding Telegram, Discord and Microsoft Teams), tickets in Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, Asana and ClickUp, and Fix with AI on a new branch, with higher quotas and unlimited team members. When you reach a limit
Monthly events
Each crash, ANR, handled error and network call from your production environment counts as one event. Session heartbeats (the small “still here” signal sent while your app or tab is open) are free, and traffic from cs_test_ keys never counts.
- Free: once the quota is used, new events are paused until the next month. Your apps keep working normally.
- Paid plans: nothing is lost. Extra events are billed at the end of the month at your plan's rate ($50 per 100,000 on Starter, $25 on Growth, $8 on Scale). As a safety net, capture pauses at 3× the quota. You can watch extra events and the running charge in Settings → Billing.
Projects, members and apps
You can't create more projects, invite more members or add more apps than your plan allows. Nothing that already exists is removed if you downgrade; you just can't add more until you're under the limit.
Retention
Events older than your plan's retention are deleted. Upgrading keeps new data longer; it can't bring back deleted data.
Annual billing
Paying yearly is 15% off the monthly price, billed once a year.
